Return Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged if shipped or postmarked within 30 calendar days of customer taking delivery (to be verified through shipping tracking). Returns and exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks from the time your order is shipped back to us.

Product(s) must be returned in their original condition. Returned items must be free of odors (e.g. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.), unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.

DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are a customer from the United States and your order is eligible for return, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@rivetkids.com to request a prepaid shipping label.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

International orders may be returned at the customer's expense, using the shipping method of their choice.

When your order has been returned to us, we will issue a full refund less the cost of return shipping charges. You will be notified of the complete return transaction and refund via email.
